Western Week is held annually in Mabank the 3rd week in June. Events include Market Street Parade, Street Dance, Family Fun Games, such as the highly competitive Bed Race. Western week's main event is the Rodeo taking place Thursday Friday and Saturday at Andrew Gibbs Arena.

An event hosted in cooperation with Mabank Tourist Development and the Mabank Chapter of The Greater Cedar Creek Lake Area Chamber of Commerce. Held October though November. Haybales are distributed throughout the city and local businesses compete to see who can come up with the most creative artful hay bale masterpiece. Keep an eye out for some Spooky Sights!
-OCTOBER 31st, MABANK PAVILION
Trick or Treat at Mabank Pavilion, 5:30 - 7:00 PM. For businesses that would like to participate by handing out candy (several thousand kids), come early, set up with your own table, chairs, decorations. Spaces are first come, first served, VERY popular community event - hundreds of families, great way to advertise your business....and it's FREE! The kids line up early, gates open at 5:30, so be ready!
